Democratic Mission Statement

Democratic Party's Mission Statement

(adapted from a statement made by Mitt Romney on conservatism)

We believe in the collective, no accountability, dependency, taking away liberty, big and intrusive government, and to hell with the damn constitution. These principles, these Marxist principles are key to destroying a capitalist economy, creating a permanent underclass, and downsizing our status in the world.

Mom and Pop

No comments · Posted by null
Yesterday as I was leaving a grocery store in a strip mall I noticed a small mom and pop diner that operates on a @ 6 AM-2 PM schedule that serves breakfast and lunch. I had a dream of such a business for myself. Why the hell I went with a pizza place open til 4 AM was beyond me. I guess I've changed as I've aged.  Anyway, it was a small business that will serve the vast bulk of the neighborhood, yet allow the owner to provide herself a job and a living. it was a business that the owner could be there 100% of the time and have complete control over. I seriously doubt she is rich, and if you have that misconception (Obama doesn't help) that she is, LOSE IT! Speaking from firsthand experience, I can tell you that being a small business owner in most cases is being a slave of sorts. I once told a griping employee: "At least you get minimum wage". Well the point of all of this is a business like this is behind my passion that drives Jiffy Jimmy Dot Com.  Too many business like this have gone away, and I hate the thought of them ever becoming completely extinct. If you have such a business anywhere within the state of Florida, please get in touch. Let's get folks down here to Florida and get our economy roaring back stronger and better than ever. Let's get school arts and athletic organizations the funding they need to benefit the whole child, whether the government does it or not.

A simplified & condensed view

No comments · Posted by null
A simplified and condensed view of the pattern of American politics:

1. A Republican is president and everything is good for 8 years.

2. A scandal, often nothing or next to nothing, is created to discredit the GOP.

3. A Democrat gets in and disgraces the office, embarrasses the nation, and screws up the economy for 4 years.

4. The people run back to the GOP and everything is good for 8 years.

5. Repeat ad nauseam, ad infinitum.

Examples:

Obama-4 years hopefully. One scandal, disgrace, and embarrassment after another. I've lost count and really can't believe he has been allowed to complete even 1 full term, but then again there is Joe Biden.

Bush-8 years. A bitter-sweet presidency. Although Bush may be responsible in part for the economy, most of us feel that Obama has made it much worse and believe a Republican presidency would have led to a faster and real recovery. Don't blame me, I voted for the distinguished senator and POW war hero, not the "community organizer" with racist and communist ties.

Clinton-8 years. An exception in getting reelected. In part he should thank Republicans for it, although he should get some credit for being smart enough to work with the GOP controlled House. A total disgrace for making the Oval Office the "Oral Office".
And I really did not appreciate the Third World dictator tactics used on that Cuban kid right at the end of his presidency.

Daddy Bush-4 years. Was elected only because Ronald Reagan couldn't run again.
Easily seen as a Reagan extension. Undid himself in part by "READ MY LIPS". I give a lot of the credit to Ross Perot myself. And frankly it's better to have a president say he won't raise taxes and then do if there's justification than to have one that says he won't and then sneaks in the biggest increase in history or a draft dodger.

Ronald Reagan-8 years, One awesome POTUS. 'Nuff said!

Jimmy Carter- 4 years. A time most of us would like to forget. One embarrassment and failure after another

Gerald Ford-@ 2 years. Doesn't count as he wasn't elected and only finished out Nixon's second term. Pardoned Nixon for Watergate.

Richard Nixon-@ 6 years. Although Nixon lied, pretty much only troops in Viet Nam died, and 4 students at Kent State.

Lyndon Johnson-@ 7 years. Another disgrace to the Oval Office. The Viet Nam War did him in.

John F. Kennedy-Less than 1 year. We'll never really know all about JFK. I do suspect he would probably be a Republican today. He was a model Bill Clinton tried to emulate. But, he'd butt heads with the Democratic Party right off the bat with "ask not what your country can do for you—ask what you can do for your country." vs the prevailing and pervasive entitlement mentality that has overtaken the party.

I won't commentate on presidents before I was born for this

Think for yourself

I am used to being a minority, so I will say this. Call me what you want, but I saw where Howard Stern interviewed black voters who believe Paul Ryan is black and Obama's new running mate. No kidding. Anyhow, you might not believe Romney has your back, but you can be certain Obama does not. Stop letting white people tell you to vote for a black man and do your homework, not for me, but for you.

Just Another Bump in the Road

Just Another Bump in the Road

We all need some education
We don't need your thought control
No dark sarcasm from the POTUS
Moochers leave us peeps alone
Hey! Moochers! leave us peeps alone!
After all you're just another bump in the road.
After all you're just another bump in the road.

"Wrong, elect him again!"
"Wrong, elect him again!"

"If you don't vet your prez, you can't have a leader. how can you
have a leader if you don't vet your prez?"
"you! yes, you on the food stamps, hold out your hand!"
